Child Safety Standards
Aupairtrip has a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we work to keep our community safe and prevent any form of harm to minors on our platform, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.
1. Our commitment
We are committed to preventing, detecting and responding to any content or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers children. Child sexual abuse material and any form of child exploitation are strictly prohibited on Aupairtrip and will never be tolerated.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on our platform:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, drawings, text or links.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion or any attempt to sexualize, exploit or endanger a minor.
- Sharing, requesting or promoting content that sexualizes minors.
- Facilitating, encouraging or normalizing the abuse or trafficking of children.
3. An adult community
Aupairtrip is designed for au pairs and adults aged 18 and over. Accounts for or by minors are not permitted. If we become aware that a user is under 18, or that a minor is being put at risk, we remove the account and take appropriate action.
4. Reporting and in-app tools
Every user can report inappropriate behavior, content or accounts directly inside the app. We provide in-app reporting and blocking tools so that any concern, including concerns related to child safety, can be flagged to our team quickly and easily.
You can also contact us through our contact page. Reports related to child safety are treated as a priority.
5. How we respond
When we receive a report or detect prohibited content or behavior, we:
- Review the report as a priority.
- Remove violating content.
- Suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Preserve relevant information where required to support investigations.
6. Working with authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities. Where required, we report child sexual abuse material and related offenses to the relevant national and regional authorities and to recognized child protection organizations.
7. Contact
For any question or concern related to child safety on Aupairtrip, you can reach our team through our contact page. We review every child safety report and respond as quickly as possible.
