• Fill out a host family questionnaire (Google Form)
• Submit a partnership request

Depending on the form, we may collect :

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country of residence
• Information about your au pair or host family project
• Professional information (for agencies/partners)
• Any information you voluntarily provide

We only collect data strictly necessary to evaluate and process your request.

• Evaluate your eligibility for an au pair program

• Connect you with selected trusted partner agencies

All requests are reviewed manually. We reserve the right not to forward applications that do not meet basic program requirements.

4. Data sharing with partner agencies

If your profile meets the required criteria, your data may be manually shared with selected trusted partner agencies in order to support your project. We only collaborate with agencies that meet professional and safety standards. Your data is never sold.

Google Forms

All questionnaires are hosted on Google Forms. Data submitted through these forms is stored securely on Google servers.

Analytics & Advertising

We may use :

• Google Analytics
• Google Ads

These tools may collect anonymized browsing information such as :

• Pages visited
• Time spent on the site
• Device type
• Geographic region
• Traffic source

These cookies require your consent.

External ebook sales website

Our website may redirect you to a third-party platform where our ebook is sold. When you proceed to purchase, payment and personal data are processed directly by that third-party platform under its own Privacy Policy. Aupairtrip does not access or store your payment details.

6. Data hosting

Our website is hosted by Gandi. Google Forms data is stored on Google's infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

7. Data retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary :

• Au pair / host family applications : up to 3 years after last contact
• Partnership requests : up to 3 years
• Contact inquiries : up to 3 years
• Analytics data : up to 13 months

You may request deletion at any time.
