Aupairtrip provides information and guidance regarding the au pair experience. The website allows users to :

• Submit inquiries via Google Forms
• Request to become an au pair
• Request to host an au pair
• Apply for partnerships
• Access external resources, including an ebook sold via a third-party platform

Aupairtrip is not an au pair placement agency.

2. Role of Aupairtrip

Aupairtrip acts as :

• An intermediary connecting users with trusted partner agencies

3. Eligibility

The website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 and interested in becoming an au pair in the future, you may browse the website but must not submit personal data without parental or legal guardian consent.

By submitting a form, you confirm that :

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You have obtained appropriate parental authorization.

4. Submission of Forms

All forms are hosted via Google Forms. By submitting a form, you agree that :

• The information provided is accurate and truthful
• Your data may be reviewed manually
• Your application may be forwarded to selected partner agencies
• Aupairtrip may decline to forward your application if eligibility criteria are not met

Submission of a form does not create any contractual relationship.

Aupairtrip does not :

• Guarantee placement with a host family
• Guarantee acceptance of any application
• Intervene in contractual relationships between users and agencies
• Supervise placements

All final decisions regarding placement are made solely by partner agencies.

5. Partner Agencies

Aupairtrip collaborates with selected partner agencies. The website may receive compensation from certain partner agencies when a user is successfully connected or placed.

However :

• This does not influence the quality standards applied
• Aupairtrip remains independent in its selection of partners
• Any contractual relationship is strictly between the user and the agency.

6. Ebook Sales

The website may redirect users to an external platform (Payhip) for the purchase of digital products. All payments, refunds, and transactions are handled exclusively by Payhip under its own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Aupairtrip does not process or store payment details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law :

• Aupairtrip shall not be liable for decisions made by partner agencies
• Aupairtrip shall not be liable for placements, rejections, disputes, or conflicts between au pairs and host families
• Aupairtrip shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or financial loss

Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and contractual agreements.

8. External links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Aupairtrip is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, branding, design, and logos, is the exclusive property of ULYCE (Aupairtrip). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
